Ricardo is an experienced business operator, with over 25 years of diverse global leadership experience in science and engineering-based Fortune 100 corporations, as well as in entrepreneurial companies, the public sector and not-for-profits.
With expertise in growth strategy and innovation management, Ricardo is skilled in the identification of business adjacencies to enable growth, has successfully identified and led entry into new markets in mature, turnaround and high-growth businesses, and has led the development, introduction and growth of several new products and services worldwide.
He lives in Toronto and holds an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
On a lighter note, he thinks of himself as a decent enough recreational tennis player!
Shawn Acheampong
CTO & Digital Transformation Expert
Shawn, a native of Toronto and an IT entrepreneur, has dedicated most of his career to addressing complex IT requirements of large enterprises in North America. His focus lies in streamlining digital transformations, ensuring compliance, safety, and delivering high-value solutions.
Shawn has implemented solutions across various sectors including oil and gas, banking, government, insurance, regulations, policing, and construction, helping organizations reduce operating expenses by over 70%.
He is a thought leader and speaker on data governance and cultural change management, the founder of Tumii Transformations, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Association for Intelligent Information Management (AIIM).
On a lighter note, he loves burritos!
Fernando Aguirre
Head of Research and Development
Fernando is a highly successful IT entrepreneur, holding a M.Sc. in Software Engineering with a focus on database management.
He is experienced in both product development and commercialization. The products that he has helped design and bring to market are now used in mission-critical operations in several premier financial and government organizations.
Fernando leads a team of over 50 people working on product development and customer service. He started his career at Oracle.
On a lighter note, he is always up for a round of golf!
