INK™
INK™ is a code analyzer and translator of legacy applications which scans the source code and extracts:
- The database model and components of the legacy application.
- All data elements including lists, rules and validations of screen fields.
- All functional elements, including transactions, blocks, fields and attributes.
- The software interaction and logic between screen fields and the database application model.
All the above is subsequently translated into PEN™ human-readable and maintainable
specification language.
PEN™
Automatic Low Code Generator and Test & Deployment Tool
- Uses a human-readable specification interface to automatically generate Like-for-Like, cloud-ready clean code, based on the code of the legacy system.
- Static code analysis in real-time using SonarQube, which guarantees the decrease of the technical debt to almost zero.
- Once the code for the modernized application has been generated, Pipelines analysis is performed during the integration cycle to scan for vulnerabilities, dependencies, and performance analyses of the dynamic code, among other.
- Every code piece is built alongside a test code piece.
- Every update is detected by the continuous integration process orchestrator, which executes a test to ensure adequate performance of all related pieces.
- The automatic code for tests is built on Cypress to allow for the execution of tests covering the end-to-end flow of business rules and operations performed by the end users. The data for these transactions can be inputted by end users or taken from a database, an Excel file or a JSON file.
- Provides the optional capability to create, record and execute thousands of Test Cases with no human intervention.
- Automatic cloud deployment and delivery through standard tools like Gitlab.
Ongoing Software Management Platform
- Enables the administration and optional modification of all business variables and concepts managed within the application, including Cybersecurity upgrades.
- The platform incorporates the administration of the database model and of all software pieces, including any micro-services, as well as any code pieces developed externally.
- PEN™ can be seamlessly integrated in the company’s DevSecOps development cycle.
